Hi,
I downloaded the firmware https://github.com/MarginallyClever/Makelangelo-firmware/releases/tag/7.11.0 I have built my own bot using some Thingiverse files and a OSEPP motor and servo shield with a UNO.
When I try and upload it I get a ” ‘Serial’ was not declared in this scope error ”

Any suggestions?
Heh! UPDATE: I was foolish and did not specify the right arduino board or Port. Did not think that would affect the verify of the code but it did. All uploaded and good to go.
This firmware is out of date. Please use the latest version at https://github.com/MarginallyClever/Marlin/
latest version MarginallyClever and Marlin
Hello comrades!
I use version 7.17.0 )))
Everything is fine except for the pause button that doesn’t work.
I somehow managed to attach a stepper motor to this version instead of a servo drive.
In version 7.21.0, the pause button works, but I couldn’t attach a stepper motor there instead of a servo drive. )
I’m not a programmer and did everything by trial and error….(
Does the latest version support zarplotter?
What latest version has the ability to use zarplotter + ramps?
Sorry for the basic question here, but is this Marlin a fork (https://github.com/MarginallyClever/Marlin/) of the main Marlin and kept up to date? Which is best to use? Thanks!
Paul, Yes. It’s as up to date as it needs to be. I use https://github.com/MarginallyClever/Marlin/tree/bugfix-2.1.x-polargraph-with-config for Makelangelo 5.
