Rumba won’t talk to computers

Just got my Rumba but it’s not working.
I plug my Rumba into my PC and I get “Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)”. I’ve tried powering down and using another computer with no luck. I’ve checked the USB ports by plugging in another device and the other device works fine. I tried installing the INF file from the Reprap website and that makes no difference. I tried reloading the firmware as suggested by the website but my Mac does not see the board. Thoughts?
Did you install the driver?
