New tutorial: How to Download Arduino and Upload Firmware

We recently decided that the learn.marginallyclever.com subdomain was doing more harm than good.
After moving all our build guides to an internal wiki for the manufacturing team, we needed to rebuild good looking new tutorials for everyone using our robots. This is the first step. Please give your feedback about this tutorial so we can make it awesome, as well as any follow up tutorials you’d like to see.

On a more personal note, I find videos very hard to produce. For every hour of video I film I *might* get 6 minutes of good footage. I’ve been editing a 2.5 video for the last two days and I’ve got it down to ~12 minutes.
