Need help with Evil Overlord App

what I am looking for is the robotic arm simulator and after reading about your interesting and awesome project, I wanted to ask how can I use the app to run the model version of the arm which I have seen you guys use in a couple of videos.
I tried following the developer instruction provided on site, installed Maven, java, cloned the code and started running it on Eclipse, also I am not familiar with Eclipse but just gave it a try, thinking that, maybe loading the code in Eclipse might lead to me to the model…..please help me out
