Makelangelo3:rx tx problem

I can’t solve tx rx problem.
Rumba board can power on, but i don’t get usb connection.

I write down the situation. Do you have the same experience?

1.Rumba bord’s tx rx led don’t blink.

2.Rumba appear on windows device manager com9(and i can select com9 on arduino IDE serial port)

3.When i try to upload fairmware, tx rx light don’t blink and upload is timeout.

4.try to method(rumba’wiki troubleshooting about usb connection)
But led don’t blink.

Have you tried a different USB cable?

are you plugged in with 12v power?

①12v power →　OK
