The github edition of Makelangelo now fixes the size of the robot’s signature.
When converting a bitmap the size of the letters in the signature changed based on the size of the bitmap. Small bitmaps produced huge font and large bitmaps produced tiny font. This has now been corrected and all signatures should be the same size.
