Help with First Time Setup

Hi there!
Just set up my new Makelangelo 5 machine for the first time and I haven’t been able to successfully draw yet.- Followed all the setup steps
- Updated Firmware
- Plugged into my computer, sucessfully connected.

Makelangelo 7.69.1 softwareWhen I run Find Home, the printer pulls the counter weights all the way up, but the servo on the right seems to keep pulling on the belt, vibrates the whole assembly, then get an error
“Homing Failed!” Printer Halted, Please Reset.
How do I fix this?
Does the weight hit the switch? Is the wire to the switch connected? is the wire damaged where it connects to the switch (hard to see most of the time)?
