Find Home doesn’t recognized

Hi People –
I just got Makelangelo 5 and all the set up is done –
I plugged my computer and connect to the machine – click “find home” The machine starts to move and brings the counter weight up-( seems right ) but once it hits the limit, it doesn’t stop and keeps moving.
I don’t know if there is anyone having similar issue – and not sure what to do. I’ve checked the cable, seems connected proper to x+ x-.

Let me know if anyone has an idea:(

Is the yellow plate on top of the weight correctly touching the switch at the top?
Is the wire damaged at the switch? (sometimes the solder is broken in shipping)
