A CNC loom makes friendship bracelets

How’s this for awesome? To make this Jaquard loom the inventors also made a coil-winding robot so they could make electromagnets for the loom. That’s a lot of steps!

Here’s the paper describing the loom and several other machines. Apparently this is made by the same people who did the CoreXY project. Neat!
