You could muddle around trying to cut super tiny tubes and then spend forever deburring them only to find that you crushed a few and they’re not-quite round any more… or you could get 50pc bags from us right now and support our work. Your call.
We use these brass tubes as rollers on steel pins to reduce friction within the cycloid gearboxes we’ve been building. Reducing the friction improves the efficiency and the total output power of the gearbox. We pair them perfectly with these stainless steel pins from McMaster-Carr.
The metric dimension of a single tube:
length = 10.7156mm
outer diameter = 3.175mm
wall thickness (one side) = 0.3556mm
inner diameter = 2.4638mm
weight = 0.297g
