It seems more quiet with the TMC2100. I’d like to know how much. Do you have a sound meter app on your phone? I’d love to see the hard numbers.

It is much, much quieter. But is it worth to measure the sound exactly?
I have bought 2 x TMC2100 in Ebay for 10 €/piece,you do not have to change the setting in the program, it is so easy.
