I started putting one of these together this morning with some parts that I’ve got laying around. The only problem is that I’ve got the newer Adafruit motor shield and from what I remember the libraries and code for the earlier version are not compatible with the newer version. What changes would be required to get the newer version working?

That’s a good question. I have a v2 in the mail and I hope to support it really soon. If you make any progress, please post it here. I’m sure together we can figure it out.
