Makelangelo 5 no longer functioning

I have been using it for about 5-6 months. Not daily.

Last night it began behaving weirdly and not drawing accurately. It also kept stuttering and pausing. The LCD display was glitchy. It seemed like a power issue. I would unplug it, and plug it in and the first screen would be ok, but when it would boot into the firmware or something, the motors would begin producing a very high pitch tone and the screen would be glitchy. So it seems the power delivery was ok, and the firmware is acting up?

Today, it won’t boot. It just gets stuck in a loop of intro screen, then glitchy screen, then intro screen, repeat. I cannot connect it to my pc through the software at all.

Any advice please. I love this machine and have only began to get into it.
